I showed Kat my images from my recent advertisement shoot. I decided to try two shoots, one focusing on the eyes and advertising creamy eyes, and one on the lips and advertising a lip product. I preferred my lip shoot and when I showed Kat, she agreed. I need to photoshop them to create the clean, fresh skin that Ellis Faas has in photographs. The eye photographs would be a shame not to use so I will put them in my portfolio after retouching.
I also discussed further ideas about my mechanical themed shoot. I laid out the objects in a random order so I could start to visualise how I want them to look. I also sprayed one of the cogs red as I wasn't sure if it would ruin the look. After discussing what looks better, I have decided to spray all items red to fit with the colour theme and to work with the idea of inside the human body. I am going to shoot at the end of Easter, after I've had much time to think about and fully plan the shoot.
